This policy applies in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

We comply with:

  • EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
  • Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Article 37 GDPR.

  • Booking and payment records – to manage your account and process transactions.
  • Veterinary certification information – vaccination or titre test records, which may contain your personal details, to confirm health requirements for services.
  • Dog behavioural/training history – to tailor training and behaviour plans.
  • Communications – emails, messages, or calls related to your booking or queries.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it promptly.

We process your personal data only where we have a lawful basis under GDPR, including:

  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a)) – where you have given permission for specific processing.
